Server

FT / PT

Full- and part-time servers. Evening hours, Monday through Saturday. Experience in fine-casual dining preferred.

Server Assistant

FT / PT

Support the floor — running food, bussing tables, resetting, and helping guests have a smooth night. A great way into front-of-house.

Host / Hostess

PT

Greet guests, manage the reservation book, and set the tone for the evening. Warm, organized, and detail-oriented.

Captain

FT / PT

Lead the floor — coordinate servers, run wine and beverage service, and own the guest experience from greeting to check. Strong service background and confidence with the wine list required.

Line Cook

FT

Sauté, pasta, and grill stations. High-volume Italian experience a plus. Evening hours, Monday–Saturday.

Prep Cook

FT

Afternoon prep — sauces, pastas, salads, desserts. A great entry point into a professional kitchen.

Dishwasher

FT / PT

The backbone of the kitchen. Fair pay, steady hours, and a real path into cooking if you want one.
